COULD YOUR DOLLAR BILL TOUCH A FAMOUS SINGER OR BE IN A FAMOUS PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE'S WALLET? COULD THAT LONELY ONE DOLLAR BE THE ONLY 1 DOLLAR AMONG MANY HUNDREDS OF BIG BILLS?

"Thank you", I said as the cashier handed me my change. I looked down and saw pen markings all over the dollar bill the man behind the cash register had given me. When I looked closer, I realized that people had written on the dollar where they were when they recieved it. The places were from all over the world. I quickly scribbled Trabuco Canyon, California on the bill and stuffed it into my pocket.

When we send something into the world, we will never know where it will end up -- especially a one dollar bill.

Life moves in fast motion, but have you ever stopped to think about something as simple as where a dollar bill may end up? You may ask, "What ever happens to a dollar bill after 10 or more people spend it?" Could that dollar bill end up on the other side of the world? How long would that take?

Have you ever expected a dollar bill to travel? Is it possible for a dollar bill to travel from city to city or perhaps state to state? The bill we passed on to other people has done it.

When I was in that ladies purse, I was so excited to find out where my next vacation was going to take place -- maybe Hawaii, Jamaica or even ancient Rome. The minute the tall, blonde woman pulled me out of her large, red purse I saw a tall bearded man take me; the woman explained to the man the concept of the game and he replied, "What a cawinkidink. I was just going to take a long trip to..." (To be continued.)

The crowd goes wild! It is almost time for Bill to find his rightful owner. He doesn't know it yet, but he will find himself on an amazing adventure traveling the United States!

When you see money, what do you think of? Is it the things you can buy with it, or is it some other cause? Well, my name is Bill, I'm a dollar bill, and I'm going to tell you about my adventures traveling over the United States of America.
